Kikuletwa Hot Springs is a natural attraction rather than a resort/hotel. It's a day-trip destination from Moshi town (about 1–1.5 hours drive each way through scenic countryside, villages, baobab trees, and sometimes sugar cane/sunflower fields with views of Mt. Kilimanjaro on clear days).
